If you have a toeslagpartner, your zorgtoeslag is calculated based on both your incomes combined. In 2026: Maximum for couples: 239 euros/month.
Who counts as a toeslagpartner?
You are fiscal partners if you are registered at the same address AND:
Married or in a registered partnership
Have a child together
Co-own property
Have a notarial cohabitation contract
Simply living together does NOT automatically make you toeslagpartners.
