Official 2026 estimate
Huurtoeslag checker 2026 for expats
Estimate your monthly 2026 huurtoeslag using the official Dienst Toeslagen 2026 calculation sheet. This checker uses the published rent caps, household basishuur, asset limits and income correction formula.
Use combined household income. If resident children were under 23 on 1 January 2026, the first β¬6,218 of each childβs income is ignored in the official calculation.
This checker uses the standard under-21 rule with the lower rent cap. If you are under 21 with a child or a disability, use a manual check because special exceptions can apply.
