Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if requested before we begin processing your case. Once our administrative work has started (document preparation, form submission, communication with authorities), no refund will be issued.
No Refund After Processing Begins
If we have already started working on your case, including but not limited to preparing documents, submitting forms, or contacting authorities on your behalf, you are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. These cases are evaluated individually and any decision is final.
