Terms of Service

1. Service description

Benefitly NL provides administrative assistance services to expats and immigrants in the Netherlands, including BSN registration, DigiD setup, Zorgtoeslag applications, and tax return filing. We act as an authorized intermediary (gemachtigde) on your behalf.

2. What you get

• We handle the administrative process on your behalf
• We communicate with Dutch authorities using your signed authorization
• We keep you updated via email or WhatsApp
• We cannot guarantee outcomes decided by Dutch government bodies

3. Payment

Payment is due upfront via Stripe before work begins. Prices are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable. Government fees (if any) are not included and are paid directly by you.

4. Refund policy

If we are unable to start your service, you will receive a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are assessed case by case. We do not offer refunds based on government decisions outside our control.

5. Your obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Sign the authorization (machtiging) when requested
• Respond to our requests within 5 business days
• Inform us of any changes to your situation

6. Limitation of liability

Benefitly NL is not liable for decisions made by Dutch government bodies, delays caused by those bodies, or consequences arising from incorrect information provided by you. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
